The International Coaching Community is one of the largest professional organizations for coaches around the world, with more than 12,000 coaches certified in 67 countries. ICC is a non-profit company registered in London, England, founded by Joseph O’Connor and Andrea Lages in 2001.

She is the author of many publications on coaching, including two books published under the titles “Life coaching” and “Systemic thinking in coaching”.

Since 2016 she has run, together with Piotr Pilipczuk, the Holistic International Coaching Community School in Poland and their company Values Team, spreading the idea of building values-based organizations. She is the Program Director in Values Team, responsible for substantive preparation of realized projects.

I have a diverse business experience base, instinctive people skills, refined strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to see quickly and clearly what needs to be done in any business situation. This unique and comprehensive skill-set has helped me gain significant successes in my own management career, which has included roles such as:
- Director of Ford Consulting Group specialising in business acquisition and change management consultation
- CEO of Athena Products Limited
- CEO of The Body Shop New Zealand
- Senior roles within the Carter Holt Harvey group of companies
Recently I attained the InterDevelopMental Institute (IDM) Certificate of Developmental Assessment in traditional behavioural coaching, which is the equivalent to a Masters Degree. Currently I am studying towards the IDM Certificate of Master Certified Developmental Coach/Consultant.
He has been learning from many teachers on the world of coaching, among these; Systemic Thinking – J. O’Connor, I.Rudzinska, Executive and Team Coaching – J. O’Connor, A. Lages-O’Connor, The Heroe’s Journey and Generative Change – S. Gilligan, Flower of Life – T. de Winter, Zen of Coaching – R. Bolstad, Provocative Coaching – N. Hoeffner. This is only a small part of his many years of study. He is an author of many articles about coaching and a book “Contemporary mythology of coaching. 70 real answers to 70 essential questions”.
On a daily basis he is President of the Board in Values Team. Besides coaching, he spreads the idea of building values-based organizations and talking about values.

RAFAL NYKIEL
I am a coach and trainer of many years’ experience. I gained it while working in several companies and at different positions. Moreover, I did a postgraduate course in marketing and management as well as a number of specialist trainings in many fields.
I am a sociologist by profession. I started my work as a trainer and consultant in 1998. Since then, I have been conducting trainings, coaching, workshops, lectures and various sorts of consultation. I am a holder of the Master of Art of NLP certificate.
I believe coaching is one of the most effective and fastest methods of development of the potential of individuals and work teams. In my work, effectiveness always comes first. I employ all recognized and available methods (for example, advanced tools of self-development, systemic thinking, Extended DISC, etc.) so that the client is able to achieve a desired goal of the coaching process as soon as possible. I am strongly convinced that everybody conceals immense undiscovered or unappreciated potential. If used, this potential may immediately translate onto greater effectiveness of our actions because of the change in our habits, beliefs or mind-set.

ICC Co-Founder and Global Director
Joseph O’Connor is one of the most well-known and respected coaches and coaching trainers in the world. He has taught in North and South America, Hong Kong, Singapore (where he was awarded the National Community Leadership Institute medal), New Zealand, and most European countries.
Andrea Lages
ICC Co-Founder and Global Director
Andrea Lages is an executive coach, a writer, a consultant, and one of the most respected coaching trainers in the world. She has trained coaches in over 30 countries. She is a trainer and co-creator of the Master’s in Executive Coaching at the University of Derby in England.
Alejandro Feiges
Global Director and Trainer
Alejandro was certified as an international coach in 2006 by Andrea Lages and Joseph O’Connor and is now one of the global directors of the International Coaching Community, along with Andrea Lages, Joseph O’Connor, and Alexandra Lemos. He is also specialized in ontological coaching and NLP at a Master’s level.
Sonia Colombo
Global Director and Trainer
Sonia has a Degree in psychology and a Master in industrial psychology. She has worked in human resources management for over twenty years, and is a trainer to Capacity Building Management, Leadership, Coaching, Customer Service, and Team Development, among others. She is the founder and president of the Dominican Coaching Society.
